Merchant Policy

This policy (together with our Terms and Conditions) sets out the basis on which any funds we collect from members will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding deposits and withdrawals and how we will treat them. MGA members/users must ensure that they use a payment method that belongs to them and is registered in their name. Only one payment method can be used on an account at any given time. Where more than one payment method has been used we reserve the right to ensure that payouts are made in accordance with rules designed to minimize fraud. This can include partial payments to previously used deposit types, where applicable. When moving between the products on our website please be aware that you are accepting any specific rules and terms relating to gaming product you are using. If required, it will remain your responsibility to report any winnings and losses to your local law or tax or other authorities. We will not be liable to these authorities for any of your personal taxes.

Is ACH Debit Safe?

If you’re concerned about security, ACH is a safe way to pay and to collect your winnings. You only need to expose your bank account information once, when you sign up for electronic payments, and deposits. Even though problems are rare, you’re protected under federal law if any ACH errors or fraud do turn up in your account.
Deposits made by bank transfer, debit or credit cards will not be charged by us, although your payment provider may make a charge.  Withdrawals to UK debit cards, credit cards and via bank transfer to UK bank accounts will also not be charged. We reserve the right to suspend and close any account that is not being used for the purpose of play on our products, or accounts or play we deem as fraud. Funds held in your account will not entitle you to interest. We hold your funds separately from our corporate funds and they are not subject to any specific trust arrangement. All Client funds are held directly by MGA. REFUND POLICY
  1. No refund can be completed once the alleged deposit has been played using the Money Globe App Services.
2. A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction, or within (15) days if a Player alleges that another individual (or a minor) has accessed his/her Player Account. 3.We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until the identity of the Player Account User is adequately established to our satisfaction, in order to ensure that any payment made to Us will be honored after a refund has been made. You agree to provide, in case We demand, a notarized identification, or any other certified identification in accordance with the applicable laws of Your jurisdiction. If such notarized or certified identification is not provided within five (5) days of our request, then such refund or reverse transaction shall not be effected, Your Player Account shall be closed and You shall forfeit all funds in Your Player Account, such decision shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal. 4.Player should play using a fair method on all games and should not in any way affect outcome of that game. This includes using computer aids, mathematical equations, betting systems etc. Withdraw Policy  Withdraw your winnings directly to your bank account. It usually takes a maximum of two working day (48hrs) for our Payments Department to process your withdrawal and confirm it. After processing it will take 2-5 working days for the money to arrive to your credit card or bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is 4.99. There may be additional document inquires in large amount withdraws.
